You will provide strategic and operational advice on all aspects of land and property associated with the WY+TF programme.
You will be responsible for leading and advising on the significant land/property acquisitions required for, or associated with the (WY+TF) projects. It is essential therefore to have an understanding of Compulsory Purchase, land assembly processes and procedures.

You will ensure that the acquisition of land/property in connection with the WY+TF is in line with the fund's objectives and makes an effective contribution to the regeneration ambitions of the Council. You will drive the land assembly to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner to ensure the projects can be delivered within their agreed programme.
We are looking for a colleague with strong customer focus to promote the service and WY+TF positively and proactively. You will be expected to work with partners, stakeholders, internal and external clients and have excellent communication skills.
