Post Ref: ACS150
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Fostering Team for a Fostering Supervising Social Worker to recruit, assess, train and support foster carers including that of connected carers. You will be part of a fostering service that is working to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people by increasing placement stability and supporting permanence.
The Voice of the Child is an important part of our work and the successful applicant will be asked to work in creative ways to represent the views of children and young people in placement.
Applications will be considered from experienced Social Workers, registered with the HCPC.
There is greater expectancy on flexible working as evening visits are often required and you will be expected to take part in recruitment events which may take place on a weekend.
