Team Leader (Homes for Ukraine)

Calderdale is committed to supporting the Homes For Ukraine scheme and there is a requirement to coordinate the scheme and process checks with hosts. Also to provide support in welcoming households to settle and intergrate into the community.
To continue this work, we are
looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead a team and coordinate the Local Authorities response. This will include staff supervision and HR functions. Partnership working with agencies that support the work we are required to carry out. Monitor service quality and performance and ensure data is collected and provided according to deadlines.
If you have recent experience of successfully supporting a team, have knowledge of services and referral pathways for families, children and vulnerable adults we would welcome your application. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills and be familiar with budget monitoring and collaborative working. A level 4 qualification is essential together with proven relevant experience.
