We are in search of an Assistant Director of Operations who is a passionate and experienced system leader with the drive, ambition and determination to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. You will build on our commitment to co-production with people who have lived experience and/or draw on services, to deliver the best social care practice and services. We are committed to working with people, families, partners and communities using strengths-based and community-led approaches to enable people to live their best lives.
As the Assistant Director of Operations in the Adult Services and Well-being Directorate, you will play a key part in the Directorate Leadership Team that is embarking on an ambitious transformation programme. This will put our local people at the heart of strengths-based and community-led approaches to adult social care. You will have a strong track record of leading and managing a range of adult social care services, delivering cultural change and innovation, and demonstrating a strong commitment to collaboration and working in partnership. You will lead the three operational divisions which include: Prevention and Early Help, All Age Disability/Mental Health and Personalised Long-Term Support. You will be central to shaping place-based and locality working and ensuring that Calderdale really does help people live that larger life.
