An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Fostering Team for two Fostering Social Workers to recruit, assess, train and support foster carers. You will be part of a fostering service that is working to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people by increasing placement stability and supporting permanence.
The Voice of the Child is an important part of our work and the successful applicant will be asked to work in creative ways to represent the views of children and young people in placement.
There is greater expectancy on flexible working as evening visits are often required and you will be expected to take part in Skills to Foster and recruitment events which may take place on a weekend.Download: Role Profile
